At EAMS our learning support philosophy centers on the belief that every student has the potential to learn and succeed, regardless of their challenges. Some key components of the Learning Support Teacher's role include: individualized support for differentiated instruction, collaboration with classroom teachers, parents, and specialists to enhance the learning for students, inclusivity and helping all students feel valued, fostering independence in students, encouraging a growth mindset and building strong, trusting relationships with students to create a safe learning environment.
